Back on the Health Wagon

Don't know about you... but we may have consumed one or twotoooo many s'mores over the 4th of July - if its all-American we probably ate it: cheeseburgers, cherry pie, ice cream, etc. etc.  
We loved every second of indulging while on vacation but figure it
might be time for a mid-summer restart!
A few things we found that help:
New Music!  - This one is key!  
Mix It Up -  Doing the same thing for exercise can just be boring...I'm liking mixing it up... a pilates or barre class mixed in with paddle boarding and running to keep things from getting monotonous.
