Returns & Exchanges - General Information

We want you to love our clothing as much as we do.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.  

We offer free ground shipping on orders above $150 within the U.S.  To return purchased item(s) follow the steps below.

Before considering a merchandise return, please note the following:

All Items must be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Any and all items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
Original hangtags must be attached to the item(s) t in order to qualify for exchange or return.
We do not cover the cost of return and exchange shipping.

    Package your item, include the return form and attach the shipping label to outside of box.

    Received Wrong or Damaged Item?

    Hey, we're not perfect (but we try)!  If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

    If an error has occurred with your order please contact us immediately through e-mail at and a Customer Service representative will assist you with resolution.


    Refund Processing

    Once the returned item is received, verified, and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item/s will be credited back to your original form of payment.  Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
